Admin/Secretary/HR Assistant - Studio Twenty Two Agencies(Abela) Ltd - Nairobi

Qualification & Experience:-
1. Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration.
2. 1 - 3 years experience.

Responsibilities:-
1. Offering administrative support to the staff.
2. Receiving and distributing incoming mails; reviewing and evaluating mail to identify those items requiring priority attention of the advocate.
3. Providing follow up to assignments given to senior staff by the advocate and partners.
4. Oversee and coordinate HR activities including disciplinary matters
5. Recruitment, selection and interviewing of candidates
6. Supervise subordinate staff.
7. Maintaining excellent customer relations.
8. Managing the official calendar (co-ordinating, reviewing and maintaining).
9. Maintaining official files and opening files.
10. Receiving and attending to clients.
11. Typing of legal documents and official letters given and dispatching them accordingly.
12. Drafting legal documents and key documents used by the staff.
13. Circulation of internal memorandum from Partners and Advocates to the senior staff.

Salary: 12,000 - 15,000/= (If performance is good, then salary can be increased).
