Farm manager - Airseal Africa Ltd - Rift Valley

Successful candidate will be at least 40 rs or older with at least 6 years experience as a horticultural farm manager. Will report directly to the managing director. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team. Must be willing to be out in the field when needed. Must be computer literate. Must be creative and innovative in problem-solving. Must be attentive to detail. Ideal candidate will be as comfortable in the office as in the field. Free housing and utilities (electricity and water) set in scenic and rustic surroundings.
