1. The Company has the following products on offer and ready for sale:
a. IP Telephony (IP PBX, IP Phones, E1, GSM Gateways)
b. Hosted enterprise IP PBX and Call Centre Solution
c. Vehicle Tracking Solution
d. Premium rate service - Subscription Content/Query Service Solution on premium short code and USSD e.g. Music, Dating
e. Bulk SMS for existing members contact e. cooperative societies
f. Hosted Mobile Marketing Solutions for opt-in contacts
i. Premium Bulks SMS Solution
ii. 2 Way Interactive SMS Campaign (Opinion Vote, Quiz, Play and Win)
iii. Call Voice broadcast Service Solution - broadcast voice message to members
iv. Premium Voice Service Solution - info portal for call-ins
g. Solution on SMS - Develop databases and application/SMS solutions for large populace e.g. schools/students, farmers, government departments, Banks, utility companies, manufactures of fast moving products
h. Setup and Design of Software solution at short notice
i. College/School Management Solution
j. Data Storage Solution - Servers & Data Centre
k. Accounting & Tax Consultancy services
2. Use your existing industry connections and influence to assist Board of Directors in growing the company market share of the above Product & Service lines.
3. Understand the above products/services in detail.
4. Understand the customer needs and strive to satisfy them at all times.
5. Be able to close business deals at your own within reasonable times.
6. Design methods of gathering competitive data in the company’s area of operation, do SWOT analysis and define the company’s competitive edge so as to be ahead of competition.
7. Design a marketing strategy to reward loyal customers and attract new ones.
Basic requirement:
1. Must have experience with leading PRSP
2. Must have minimum of 1st degree from a recognized University in Kenya
3. Must have good connections and influence in various corporate companies
4. Exceptional negotiation skills
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Must be a team player and value others ideas
7. Reasonable past experience in Sales and Marketing.
8. Good educational background preferably graduate level and above.
9. Excellent presentation skills.

Remuneration:
There will be basic or retainer fees. It is a partnership arrangement where one gets to share net margin revenue for life at agreed rate. Net Margin is defined as agreed price less Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Variable Costs (VC) net of withholding tax of 5%.
