MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Set up and supervise the management of retail and mobile money
2)Ensure profitability of mobile money
3)Business strategy and model
4)Draw and manage the budget
5)Training & coaching
6)Carry out performance reviews for line managers/supervisors
7)Ensure good customer service standards in mobile money halls
8)Co-ordinate and ensuring optimum distribution of float
9)Re-commend retail prices for our products
10)Identifying threats and challenges in the market
11)Monitor competition and daily performance against set targets
