Position: Marketing Executive - Real Estate REF:24/03/2014
Duties & Responsibilities
• Market the company products to potential clients.
• Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
• Disseminate information regarding status of property sourced.
• Handle clients enquires promptly.
• Ensure there is enough property in the company portfolio
• Submit daily work plans to the marketing manager
• Submit monthly reports to the management
• Handle assigned projects or properties
• Ensure all marketing strategies are in place
• Update landlords/ vendors on the status of their property on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
• Filing of all documents regarding the property.
• Communicate any changes regarding the property to the marketing manager and all the concerned parties.
• Push for sales/ letting of the property within the marketing department.
• Assist credit controller to collect commission due to the company from land lords under your portfolio.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
*Bachelors’ degree in marketing or related field.
*At least 2 years experience in marketing .
*Experience having worked in real estate as a marketer will be an added advantage.
Personal Skills
* Must have strong business writing and time management skills.
*Must be willing to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
* Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
*Must be a team player and value others ideas.
Salary: 50000/=
