Our Client, a Reputable Consulting Firm, develops and delivers of a range of business advisory and consulting services in Business Strategy, Branding/Marketing, Finance, Human Resources Management and Business Operations management across all industry sectors in Kenya.
We are currently seeking a number of seasoned professionals/consultant from deliberately varied professional backgrounds with in-depth views and experience to meet clients’ demands and provide meaningful solutions and results.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a client-facing consultant in a highly successful and profitable consulting firm providing business advisory services to SME clients.
• Lead and service complex, multi-disciplinary assignments, and be responsible for the entire project cycle and management of other team members.
• Have five or more years’ experience working as a business consultant and strong consulting and client engagement abilities.
• Have a well-developed network of consulting resources/tools and information sources across Kenya
• Have excellent writing skills are essential and good command of English and Kiswahili
• Have had a strong understanding of the issues faced by small medium and large enterprises so that that you can advise/ speak authoritatively to senior executives about the business issues and risks they face.
• Have energy and drive to grow the business and be a strong team.
Education & Qualifications - Requirements (all roles)
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in a field relevant to the specific role (
• A minimum of five years’ of consulting experience in in business or management consulting with significant
• Sound overall technical and practical business knowledge and understanding
• Strong interpersonal, client engagement and delivery skills
• Strong problem solving, creative and analytical thinking
• Able to develop client relationships and acquire assignments from new or existing clients.
• Able to market and sell the full range of business advisory services and engage in profile raising activities.
