Reports Development
- Prepare Quality of Service (QoS) Reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Improvement of the existing reporting template
- Help in the interpretation of the QoS reports to internal teams
- Offer guidance in developing Customer QOS Reports
- Automation of the QoS reports using a TBD framework
- Analyse trends and recommend adjustments and/or capitalize on trends.
Skill Requirement
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail concerning data accuracy and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience with a reporting framework is a plus
- Demonstrate an understanding of service delivery
