Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Receptionist for one of its clients in the ICT industry.
The individual will be responsible for the following:
Answering and forwarding phone calls;
Provide information to callers;
Deal with queries from the public and customers;
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness;
Provide general administrative and clerical support;
Prepare correspondence and documents;
Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
Schedule appointments;
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically;
Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering;
Monitor and maintain office equipment;
Control inventory relevant to reception area;
Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Successful candidates should have the following qualifications:
Degree in the relevant field;
At least two years working experience;
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications;
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
Good phone etiquette;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
Attention to detail and good sense of procedures;
