Customer Relationship Manager
Our client, a successful supplier of office furniture and equipment and rated among the 100 most successful SMEs in Kenya is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager.

The successful candidate will be the liaison between the business and its customers.

He/she will assess customer needs and generate sales leads through more personalized service.

He/she will develop relationship strategies and programs that produce business value.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    Understand the customers’ list and divide it into segments that are cost and time effective for the company and sales team.
    Supervise and administer tender documentation, facilitate the buying and authorize the tender before it is sent out.
    Ensure that bid bonds are facilitated by accounts office on time, keep a record and follow up on the same
    Centralize and consolidate all email generated quotations, tenders and prequalification as well as all the sales associated letters
    Revive all dormant Accounts
    Lead opportunity generations through E-Mail and the Website and monitor all emails sent to ensure that they are responded to
    Supervise and co-ordinate daily activities of the sales force in order to achieve company’s objective
    Recruitment and selection: Orientation, develop and training of additional sales people
    Assist the sales team in the closing process
    Assist in dividing sales team in various territory based the key objectives
    Enhance and supervise display of the showroom

Qualifications, Training and Experience
    Degree/ Diploma in Business Management
    Diploma in Business Administration
    5 years experience in Managerial position
    Experience in debt management
