Our Client is looking for an energetic, self-driven, intelligent and experienced Corporate and Project Finance Analyst reporting to Finance Manager
Job Purpose: Responsible for providing support in the financial analysis of Projects and assist in corporate finance.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for the various projects.
Prepare business valuations for target acquisitions / disposals.
Perform analysis and evaluation of acquisition targets
Conduct industry and market research and assist in business development efforts.
Assist in preparation of documentation for internal processes.
Assist in preparation and completion of investment proposals.
Provide support to operating companies
Minimum Requirements
A university degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration
CPA or ACCA qualified
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in private sector or consultancy
A Postgraduate qualification in Finance, MBA or CFA would be an added advantage.
Computer literate
Good commercial and financial acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills.
