Purpose:
The position will be responsible for the planning, designing, and supervising the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities that measure the overall performance of all the donor funded programs and activities of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the M&E system and M&E unit, including support of staff and stakeholders
• Take lead in designing and operationalizing systems and tools , writing reports pertaining to performance of programs and initiatives in education, financial education, innovation and entrepreneurship, health, agriculture and environment.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• 10 years’ experience in M&E particularly in grant-based and donor-funded projects
• Experience in developing and utilizing monitoring and evaluation systems
