Job Summary
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
• Developing new business and revenue streams.
• Achieving set targets.
• Growth of company market share.
• Execution of high levels of customer care.
• Retain the already secured portfolio to ensure growth is sustained.
Key deliverables
The successful candidate must be able to:
1. Achieve pre-agreed monthly sales targets
2. Execute marketing and promotional activities within area of allocation
3. Execute high levels of customer care
4. Resolve all customer concerns
5. Ensure timely delivery of services to the customer
6. To work under minimal supervision.
7. Exercise consistency in his daily sales activities.
8. Stay focused under extreme pressure and demanding environment.
9. Team player.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Business Related field or Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Diploma in C&F.
Diploma in Shipping will be an added advantage.
3 years experience in a busy sales and marketing department, preferably in a C&F and shipping company.
Experience in C&F, Logistics & Shipping will be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate.
A clean driving license.
Certificate of good conduct is an added advantage.
Special Skills / Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal and written skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff, customers and suppliers
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
