A medium size building products company is looking for a sales associate with emphasis on precast concrete products
Responsibilities:
• Build a network of sales leads- generate, seek and close sales deals
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product
• Maintain cordial business relationships with new and existing agents, clients and partners
• Identify new market opportunities and forecast future sales
• Educate and demonstrate the product to interested merchants
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports on set deadlines
• Conduct market intelligence on a continuous basis and update the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Higher Diploma/Undergraduate degree in Sales & Marketing
• At least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Relevant previous experience in selling building products (paving blocks and building blocks) will be of great added advantage
• Must possess the following attributes for success: driven, competitive, winning attitude, extraordinary enthusiasm, adaptable, persistent, detail oriented
• Strong English/Swahili communication and organization skills
• Driving License
Salary Range: Ksh. 20000-23000 + 1% commission
