Possesses a Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution;
Certification in CCNA, MCSC is an added advantage.

Good knowledge in local area networks, security of data, database management systems;
Has training capability of troubleshooting and support;
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
