Job Purpose: To ensure order and safe custody of goods in the warehouse
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise all operations of the warehouse
2. Ensure all activity and movement records thereof are reported to the Administration Clerks - Bonds, and the Warehouse RIC - Bonds.
3. Ensure the storage parameters are maximized and locators/bin cards maintained.
4. Ensure the Bonded Warehouses are kept clean and properly utilized
5. Ensure the casuals are properly monitored and utilized.
6. Ensure that the loading and offloading in the Warehouses is done within the ISO Targets set and ensure improvement
7. Monitor stocks and movements to prevent pilferage and damage.
8. Ensure the Security in the Warehouses is efficient and systems are working. Doors of the Warehouses to be checked at the close of day
