WORKSHOP MANAGER : WM- 014
Reporting to Group Plant &/Equipment Manager or Project Manager if at site, the Workshop Manager,will be responsible for :
• Plan, organize and control the entire workshop sectional operations;
• Monitor job quality through quality control inspection and report feedback complaints;
• Coordinate motor insurance renewals and claims with the relevant department;
• Monitor productivity of the workshop;
• Ensure the realization of the workshop targets through the set procedures;
• Ensure the implementation of the Safety standards;
Required Qualifications and Competencies:-
• Minimum of a Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineer degree with a minimum 10 years experience or Higher Diploma with 15 years of experience in Plant and Equipment in a Construction Industry;
• Hands on experience in maintenance and repair of Plant and Equipment
• Member of a relevant body will be an added advantage;
• Minimum of six(6) years experience;
• Ability to work independently with a drive to achieve results;
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills;
• Be computer literate and conversant with the ERP systems will be an added advantage
