Human Resource Manager - KCR Ltd- Transforming human capital - Nairobi

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a pro-active individual to fill the above post.

JOB PURPOSE:
To Coordinate Human Resources activities at the Head Office in order to retain the best possible manpower available to achieve the desired result for the Company.

GENERIC DUTIES:
•Source, recruit, induct, develop and retain the best-fit personnel for the Company
•Coordinate the implementation of suitable HR policies and procedures for the Company.
•Lead a culture-change process to achieve the vision 2020.
•Provide guidance and advice the Management on best HR practices in the Company.
•Implement performance based appraisal system and reward performers
•Carry out Comprehensive training needs assessments and identify gaps for development in the Region.
•Implement effective communication channels within the head office, sites and the stakeholders.
•Ensure harmonious employee relations within the Company.
•Ensure implementation and strict adherence on QHSE of employees including social welfare.
•Any other duties assigned that may be assigned within the company policy and procedure.

Requirements;
-should be a Degree or a diploma holder in Human resource.
-Should posses good communication skills.
-2-3yrs experience in Hr practice.
