We are recruiting for our client a customer care, who is fluent in Portuguese.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests.
• Problem resolution and design best-option solutions.
• Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs divisions.

Requirements
 A diploma/degree in business administration
 Must be fluent in Portuguese.
 2-3 years or more of work experience in customer service.
Salary: Negotiable
